Cocoa Bombs are made in a shared facility, but not on shared equipment. Products may contain undetectable traces containing the following tree nuts: almonds, hazelnuts and cashews. Peanuts are not used in the manufacturing of our Cocoa Bombs. Our 60% dark and milk chocolate Cocoa Bombs do not contain tree nuts or peanuts; moreover, the Cocoa Bombs line does not make products containing tree nuts or peanuts. All of our products are processed in a facility that at times handles dairy, peanuts, wheat, soy and tree nuts. We do our utmost to avoid cross-contaminating and separate everything we make by hand so as to ensure quality and safety, though we cannot guarantee 100% that there was no cross-contamination.
Is there gluten in Cocoa Bombs?
Our products are not certified as being gluten free. FDA requires products to be tested to confirm that gluten level is below 20ppm. Currently, Cocoa Bombs products have not yet been tested to this requirement and therefore, we do not make any gluten free claims for our products.
