Some of our spices, chocolate, marshmallows and natural flavors are certified Kosher, however, we do not make any Kosher claims for our products as they are NOT certified Kosher.

This varies on the time of year. During October through December, we typically experience and influx in demand. Even if items are in stock, it could take about 3-5 business days for your to be fulfilled on top of shipping time.

We do our utmost best to make sure our Cocoa Bombs arrive to you the way we sent them! However, once your order has left our shipping facility, we cannot guarantee damage to or melting of the Cocoa Bombs due to the nature of our product. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we will do our utmost best to fix the situation!
If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, kindly email us and we will make the changes to your order.
