- 1 Bomb: Perfectly seasons 3-4 lbs of meat (serves 4-6 people).
- 2 Bombs: Perfectly seasons 6-8 lbs of meat (serves 8-10 people).
Pily's™ Birria Bomb streamlines your cooking process, eliminating the need to buy and store multiple spices. It’s a cost-effective solution that saves you time and delivers consistently delicious results every time.
How to Use:
- Prep the Meat: Cut beef (chuck roast, brisket, or shank), or meat, into large chunks. For enhanced flavor, use bone-in cuts.
- Add Water: Use 3 cups of water for 3-4 lbs of meat to cook the meat. Use 6 cups of water for 6-8 lbs of meat to cook the meat.
- Cook Using Your Preferred Method:
- Stovetop: Combine water, meat, and Birria Bomb in a pot. Cook on low heat for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally, until fork-tender.
- Slow Cooker: Combine water, meat, and Birria Bomb in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Pressure Cooker: Combine water, meat, and Birria Bomb in a pressure cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours.
- Enjoy: Use the tender meat as a stew or in tacos, burritos, and more!
